Senior Architectural Designer / Architectural Designer

1. Excellent design capabilities and experiences in all phases through schematic design, design development to construction drawings. Complete the whole project under the guidance of the Design Principal.

2. Bachelor degree or above in architecture major.

3. 3-8 years’ experience working in a high profile international architecture practice.

4. Capable of using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray and other architectural software skillfully. Revit is an asset.

5. Well-established leadership, positive motivator, with a strong sense of responsibility.

6. High level of proficiency in English

Architectural Assistant

1. Assist team leader to complete the design tasks under guidance.

2. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or relevant courses. 0-3 years’ experience working in Architectural Design or related field.

3. Capable of using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, V-ray and other architectural software skillfully. Revit is an asset.

4. Good team player, strong sense of responsibility.

5. High level of proficiency in English. 

Business Development Manager / Business Development Specialist

1.Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, architecture, urban and rural planning, or other design related majors; Priority given to those with overseas study experience

2.3-5 years of relevant experience in fields such as business development in architecture, planning and design, or real estate companies

3.Capable of business expansion, coordination, and negotiation, able to assist in resolving complex interpersonal relationships

4.Have certain business planning ability and business logic

5.Priority will be given to candidates with excellent Chinese and English speaking and writing skills

6.Outgoing and outgoing personality, proactive and enterprising, with a strong sense of exploration and the ability to seize opportunities

7.Sense of responsibility, strong team spirit, good learning ability, able to work independently

8.Proficient in Adobe InDesign, CS, and Office software

Intern

1. EID Arch Shanghai Office is always offering internships to students or recent graduates.

2. At least 2 months internship
