On August 7, the groundbreaking ceremony for K. As the flagship mixed-use complex of the Huazhi Gate urban planning project in the "Southern Center" of Xuhui, this project includes the XHPO-0001 Unit D1-2 and D5B-1 plots in Huajing Town, Xuhui District. It is a joint development by Jiaba International, Longhua Real Estate, and Xuhui Chengtou Group. The D5B-1 plot is designated as a future transportation hub and TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) mixed-use project, which includes a 150-meter five-star hotel, a 150-meter super-tall office tower, an 80-meter office building, commercial spaces, and urban terminal facilities. The total development area, including the linked D1-2 residential plot, is approximately 295,000 square meters.
The Jiaba International Shanghai Huajing Complex project is expected to gradually complete its construction starting in 2027. Huajing Town is a key area for development in Xuhui District's 13th Five-Year Plan, positioned as a "global high-level scientific and technological innovation hub." It aims to be a technology-business-living integrated community with a focus on public transportation connectivity. Leveraging its advantageous regional transportation infrastructure, the project will feature a high-quality urban complex offering residential, office, hotel, and commercial spaces with innovative diversity. In the future, it is expected to attract a diverse range of residents and businesses, enriching the networking ecosystem in the southwest region, and becoming a new engine for supporting industrial parks, residential clusters, and talent attraction.
