Two Works by EID Arch have been Permanently Collected by the China Architecture Museum
Recently, at the invitation of the China Architecture Museum, two works by EID Arch—The Panda Pavilions and LAND Community Center—were permanently added to the museum's collection.
As China's first museum dedicated to architectural models, the China Architecture Museum uses digital exhibition methods to create concepts for future cities. The museum's philosophy is to map contemporary Chinese architecture through physical models, placing buildings of different locations and scales in the same space. This allows the museum to serve as a multi-dimensional window for recording, observing, and reflecting on architecture from various perspectives.
The selection and evaluation of design works are handled by the museum's academic committee. The museum's collection includes over a hundred model works, such as Zaha Hadid’s Ode to Progress Bench, Tadao Ando’s Dream Chair, Wang Shu’s Taihu House Model, Ma Yansong’s Hutong Bubble 32 Model, and many other iconic architectural designs.
