EID Arch Invited to Present at ULI Asia Pacific Excellence Award Project Presentation

As one of the finalists for the 2023 ULI Asia Pacific Excellence Awards, EID Arch was invited to participate in the project presentation held on June 14 in Shanghai. The studio's Project Director, Bao Jialu, represented the firm and shared insights on the Guangzhou Times · Fanghua Phase II project with the attendees. As a redevelopment and renovation project for an industrial park, Phase II of Guangzhou Times · Fanghua integrates Lingnan culture, creating open and shared community public spaces, and has developed into a highly mixed-use boutique urban complex.
