Ping Jiang was Invited to Give a Lecture at Keio University in Tokyo
On December 10th, EID's Founder and Design Principal Ping Jiang was invited to Keio University's Faculty of Environment and Information Studies in Tokyo for an academic exchange and lecture. His lecture focused on recent works, exploring urban interfaces and public spaces. Through a response to the relationship between architecture and local culture, EID's practice delves into the boundaries between landscape and architecture, seeking new possibilities for the relationship between cities and their environments. Keio University, the oldest and one of Japan's most prestigious research-oriented universities, hosted this event. During the event, EID also established a collaboration with Professor Yasushi Ikeda's research lab at Keio University, setting up a program for exchange and internship opportunities for students.
