Medog Meteorological Center has been Awarded 2018 AIA Hong Kong Honor Award
Recently, the AIA Hong Kong Chapter 2018 Honor Awards press conference and exhibition were held at the Central Trading Plaza in Hong Kong, where the final award results were revealed. The Tibet Motuo Meteorological Center, designed by EID Arch's Chief Architect Jiang Ping, was awarded the Highest Honor Award of the year. Additionally, four other submissions from various categories were selected for the final exhibition, receiving significant attention from numerous professionals and media in the Hong Kong design community.
The AIA Hong Kong Chapter annually recognizes outstanding works designed by members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region. The awards aim to encourage excellence in architectural design, interior design, urban design, future projects, and sustainable design. This year's award finalists included internationally renowned architectural firms such as SOM and KPF, among others.
