The K. WAH Jiangning G89 residence, positioned as high-end residential building, is located in Nanjing South Railway Station New City, adjacent to the central business district. The project is designed according to the solar analysis, with the concept of terraced field landscape intent and creates a unique city skyline, reflecting with the Qinhuai River. It also forms a vertical city-viewing platform, making the best of urban landscape resources.

 

The façade of the building is simple and neat, with white aluminum sheets as the decorative elements for the exterior walls. The turning ups and downs of the façade guided with flowing methods, the balcony, green roofscape and sky garden being seen from inside are all designed to get the best landscape visual effects.
